Meet Chantel & Ashley

The Heart Behind This Program

We created this course because we believe relationships deserve space, compassion, and real, practical skills—not pressure, perfection, or guesswork. As therapists who have spent years supporting couples and individuals, we’ve seen firsthand how small shifts in understanding and communication can change everything.

But we also know that not everyone is ready for therapy, needs therapy, or has access to it.
So we built something different. Something more accessible, more conversational, and more human.

In this program, we’re not here as your therapists.
We’re here as guides—two people who care deeply about helping you feel more connected, more understood, and more empowered in your relationships.

Through honest conversations, simple tools, and weekly reflections, we hope to make relationship
growth feel less overwhelming and more doable… one small step at a time.

Chantel Landeros

Hi, I’m Chantel Landeros. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist—but more importantly, I care deeply about people having the relationships they desire and the kind of love they want in their lives.

In my work with couples, I often find myself teaching skills and insights that most people could benefit from long before things feel overwhelming. If we can be preventative, we should be. If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re at least exploring the idea that your relationships could feel better—and that’s where we come in.

Relationships are hard. Being human is confusing. Sometimes you just need a little extra support or guidance to make sense of it all. Therapy can feel like a big step, which is why we created an in-between option. We want people to have meaningful guidance that helps improve their lives, while also honoring that not everyone is ready for—or wants—the full commitment of therapy.

So for now, put down the self-help books. Walk with us instead. This is a step-by-step approach rooted in real-life tools—supportive, practical, and never overwhelming or over-complicated.

Ashley Carter

My name is Ashley Carter, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with four years of experience in couples therapy within a private practice setting. This work has become one of the most meaningful and rewarding areas of my career, as strengthening the partner relationship often creates the most profound impact on the family system as a whole. When partners share a secure and healthy connection, the benefits extend beyond their own quality of life to positively influence everyone within their family network.

The inspiration behind these courses for me, is to extend therapeutic support beyond the therapy room and into the homes of individuals seeking practical tools to nurture and grow their relationships at a pace that feels sustainable for them. My goal is that you, as the learner, will gain applicable skills that can be integrated into your relationships; skills that foster personal growth, deepen connection, and transform the way you view both yourself and those you love.

My hope for you is that you will approach this course with humility and self-compassion, allowing space for imperfection. We are all humans with vastly different experiences that have shaped who we are.  I'm looking forward to helping you learn to root into that perfectly imperfect human, and rise to the best version of yourself in your relationship.

Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots.
